Nor were there enough human beings to service all these people! I don’t look at this as being an employee problem, as it is an establishment problem.! The staff in itself was polite. supply and demand! I have the demand, you have to supply, and along with it, you have to provide reasonable service time! It is simple elementary school teachings. If we are willing and able to give you a most $ 6 dollars for a beer, you should be quick to accept our money and provide that service. If we went to the bar, there must’ve been at least 40 people sitting around the bar, and two bartenders only!! As well as 2 very long line on both ends of the bar.Īll very young individuals at the booths (nothing wrong with that) but very untrained!! It just makes no sense that anyone would stand in line 20 minutes to give someone money. and five people standing behind them kind of waiting for the orders. Only one person ringing up orders at most booths. Imagine how much more money we would have spit had the lines. Plz that is obvious! I Took 4 friends there, the food & drink service lines were terrible! Each drink line was at least 20 minutes long. The entire meal wasn’t worth the tip left for our server. And don’t get me started on the Asian and Italian dishes! There is absolutely no way an executive of Cesar’s would escape embarrassment joining a friend or associate there for dinner. You work out the science but, be warned, the revulsion is real. Most chefs haven’t yet discovered nut shells as dish enhancements but who knows what the future holds? It is difficult to grasp how food that has obviously sat in warmers for hours could be cold, yet, there it is, isn’t it. Those hard wrappers surrounding the nut meat. Worst of the fare was a spaghetti squash dish that included pecans. To call the offerings amateurish is insulting to amateurs. To call this so called “Grand Buffet” is a veiled attempt at humor I suppose. My visit was to be a celebration of my brother’s birthday, accompanied by our wives.
